General Service Agreement

These "Terms of Service" (referred to here as "Terms") apply to anyone who uses the mmk1000 platform (the website https://mmk1000.vip and all related services). By accessing the platform, opening an account, or using any of its services, you firmly agree to comply with these Terms as you would a binding agreement.

mmk1000 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Users who continue to use the platform after changes are published will be considered to have accepted the updated Terms.

Age Restriction

This platform is for users aged 21 and above only. Anyone under 21 is not permitted to use any of the services. Accounts found to have provided incorrect date of birth information at registration may be closed and any remaining balance may be frozen.

One Account Per Player Policy

Each player may register only one account on mmk1000. If a single individual is found to have opened multiple accounts, all related accounts will be closed and bonuses will be voided.

• All information provided at registration must be accurate and complete.
• If your personal details change, you must notify customer support immediately.
• To close your account, contact the support team directly.

Login Security

Each user must not share their account password with anyone. You are fully responsible for all actions carried out on your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact [email protected] immediately.

Know Your Customer (KYC)

mmk1000 reserves the right to run a verification process on any account. Withdrawal requests will only be processed if a valid copy of a national ID or driving licence can be provided. Accounts that provide false information may be suspended.

Deposits

Accepted payment methods for deposits are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay and CB Pay. The minimum deposit amount is 20,000 Ks. Deposits below this amount cannot be processed.

• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Third-party transfers are not allowed.
• Deposits will appear in your account once confirmed by mmk1000.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks. Withdrawal requests are normally processed within 10–45 minutes, though bank-related delays may add extra time.

• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Winnings from a bonus can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement for that bonus has been met.
• Withdrawals may be suspended in cases of money laundering or financial fraud.

First Deposit Bonus

The first deposit bonus offered by mmk1000 is 100% — up to 300,000 Ks. After claiming this bonus, you must wager the bonus amount 25 times before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

Example (1): If you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a 20,000 Ks bonus giving a total balance of 40,000 Ks, and you must wager 20,000 Ks × 25 = 500,000 Ks to qualify for withdrawal.

Example (2): If you deposit 620,000 Ks, you receive the maximum bonus of 300,000 Ks giving a total balance of 920,000 Ks, and you must wager 300,000 Ks × 25 = 7,500,000 Ks to qualify for withdrawal.

• The bonus can only be claimed once — duplicate accounts or linked accounts cannot claim the bonus again.
• The bonus must be claimed within 72 hours of depositing, after which it will expire.
• mmk1000 reserves the right to deny bonus eligibility to any player.

VIP Cashback

The mmk1000 VIP programme has 4 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Weekly cashback rates increase as you move up each tier—

• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.3%
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.9%
• Platinum — weekly cashback up to 1.2%

Refer a Friend

Players who refer friends to mmk1000 will receive 10% of their friend's first deposit as a bonus (up to 30,000 Ks per person), plus a weekly commission of 0.2% of their friend's total wagered amount.

Fair Play Policy

mmk1000 uses a Random Number Generator (RNG) system to ensure fair outcomes for all players. The live casino service is also operated with live dealers that can be watched in real time.

Prohibited Conduct

If any player is found to have engaged in any of the following, their account may be closed and funds confiscated—

• Opening multiple linked accounts with the intent to abuse bonuses
• Using fraudulent payment methods (e.g. stolen payment cards)
• Exploiting software glitches or practising arbitrage
• Attempting to hack or manipulate game outcomes
• Collusion between players
• Sharing false or misleading content on social media or other platforms

Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Protection

mmk1000 strictly follows anti-money laundering (AML) policies. Any deposits or withdrawals that appear suspicious or cannot be verified may be suspended pending further investigation.

Platform Ban

If a breach of these terms is found, mmk1000 has the right to immediately suspend or close the relevant account. Bonuses and unwagered funds will be forfeited, and the original deposited amount will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Account Closure by Player

Players who wish to close their account may do so by withdrawing any remaining balance and then contacting the support team.
